A shipping agency based in Valletta require a Bookings Clerk to join their team.

Applicants for this position must
• Be computer literate
• Have excellent customer care skills.
• Fluency in English is essential, Italian and or Maltese a bonus.
• Be already residing in Malta
Responsibilities will include taking bookings for trailers, containers, etc over the phone and via online booking system, making sure space is allocated, issuing of tickets as well as dealing with any of the clients requests. Working Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturday mornings, this position requires a dedicated person with an eye for details and a friendly personality.
