FULL TIME REDUCED HOURS - 20/25 Hrs per WEEK

The ideal candidate will be someone reliable and mature who is dedicated to their own work and their own progression.
The Role

The successful applicant will be supporting the director and operations team with the following duties:

• Processing invoices, recording payments and keeping track of expenses
• Prepares purchase orders and maintains purchasing records
• Chasing debtors and processing payments to creditors
• Assisting in the processing of payroll.
• Bank reconciliations and ancillary duties.
• Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions, both accounts receivable and payable
• Assist in the preparation of management accounts.
• Completing vat returns.
• Other day-to-day duties according to the exigencies within the team as may be required.

Requirements for the role
• An Accounts A’ level
• Conversant with Microsoft Office applications and Accounting software
• Previous experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Maltese and English.

Must have vast experience in handling small crafts and towing experience.

2)Engineer III/3 with stcw certification of chf engineer between 750-3000kw.
