Kicking Off Health, Safety & Wellbeing Week! 🤝🌟💚

This week, here at Aurobindo Pharma we are celebrating Health, Safety & Wellbeing Week — a great opportunity to promote awareness, learning, and wellbeing across our team.

We started Day 1 with an insightful session on Ergonomics and Manual Handling, led by Physiotherapist Alessandro Santangelo. It was a valuable reminder of how small adjustments in posture, lifting technique, and workstation setup can make a big difference in preventing injuries and improving comfort at work.

A big thank you to Alessandro for sharing his expertise and helping us build safer, healthier habits! 🙌

🚀 Join Our Dynamic Team as a Finance Executive 📈 💼

As a key, senior member of the local Finance Team the objective of this role is to mainly support the team from a local compliance perspective while actively participating in monthly financial reporting and assist with the monitoring and challenging of internal controls.

What You’ll Be Doing:

➡️ Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
➡️Compile Malta VAT Returns and VAT Recapitulative Statements
➡️Compile VAT reports for external tax consultants to submit VAT Returns for foreign VAT Registrations.
➡️Ensuring secretarial compliance with MBR incl BO Declarations, Annual ➡️Returns etc)
➡️Compliance with Transfer Pricing regulations
➡️Compile surveys and other documents required by the NSO
➡️Liaise with banks (local and foreign) on KYC exercises.
➡️Assist with compilation of other statutory applications and documents (eg government grants)
➡️Assist with cashflow monitoring and forecasting.
➡️Assist with Finance Audits
