At StreetHR, we help you make sure that your team achieves the goals in your business plan, by going deep and customising our support. We are forward looking, and work towards a fresh future vision instead of focusing on the past. We evaluate the future of work, evolution and innovation trends and we provide tools and assistance to address concepts and challenges proactively. We help you use your budgets in the most efficient way. By partnering to improve your customer experience, recruit better-matched team members and reduce employee or customer churn for a positive return on investment from all your activities. We are efficient, lean and take every opportunity to add interactivity and positive communication in everything we do. We take a pro-active and focused approach as your outsourced HR wing. One week later, the conversations are still going. HR GIG 11 may have ended, but what started in the room continued well beyond it.

We received comments and feedback. People reached out to us directly. Discussions made their way into boardrooms. And some conversations have already developed into requests for follow-ups. For us, that is what HR GIG is about. It’s not simply a one-day event. It’s a conversation starter. A space to challenge thinking, exchange experiences, share what works and build meaningful connections around culture and customer experience.

One week on, we’re even more convinced that these conversations need to happen consistently, especially when it comes to sharing good practices and discussing weak spots before they develop into bigger challenges.
