General Manager (Male) – Nay Pyi Taw Office
🕒 Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
📆 Off Day: Saturday (Half Day), Sunday & Public Holidays
Location: Near Thapyaygone Market, Nay Pyi Taw
💸 Salary: 20 Lakhs and above (Negotiable based on experience).
Job Summary:
• The General Manager (GM) for the Nay Pyi Taw office will be responsible for overseeing all administrative, operational, and compliance functions of the office. The role ensures alignment with company policies and strategic directives from the Yangon corporate office while managing staff, tender processes, and external coordination. The GM acts as the primary decision-maker for the Nay Pyi Taw office to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office & Administrative Management
• Oversee the daily operations of the Nay Pyi Taw office, including facilities, equipment, and administrative staff.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and instructions from the Yangon Admin Manager.
• Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and assets.
•Supervise administrative and support staff, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate training when necessary.
2. Tender & Government Liaison
• Monitor tender announcements and opportunities relevant to the company.
• Prepare, review, and submit tender documentation in coordination with relevant departments.
• Liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders for approvals, permissions, and tender processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions and outcomes.
3. Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure the company holds all required licenses, registrations, and permits in accordance with local regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits, inspections, and internal reporting.
• Ensure adherence to legal, statutory, and corporate compliance standards.
4. Reporting & Coordination
• Prepare and submit timely administrative, operational, and compliance reports to the Yangon office.
• Coordinate with Yangon management for strategic planning, policy implementation, and operational directives.
• Provide regular updates on office performance, challenges, and initiatives.
5. Logistics & Operations
• Arrange travel, transportation, and logistics for staff and office operations.
• Manage procurement of office supplies and services as required.
• Ensure smooth ex*****on of events, meetings, and operational activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in General Manager Role.
• Proven experience in tender management and government liaison.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
