🚩General Manager (1 post/ Full Time)
We are currently looking for General Manager Position with one of the international schools in Sanchaung Township, Yangon.
The position is reporting to CEO
Responsibilities:
• To Lead and manage all non-academic functions in the School: Marketing and Communication, Finance, Human Resources & Administration, Information, Communication Technology and Operations
• Develop a strong team spirit with open communication and a positive working environment
• Manage, lead and motivate academic teams by attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining talents
• Responsible for all finance and accounting processes, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management and taxation for all Schools and legal entities in Myanmar
• In collaboration with the Heads of School, drive to meet targets in terms of enrolment numbers, headcounts, costs and profit etc.
Formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing Administration & HR policies, processes, procedures and guidelines and alignment of the various functions in the School
• Monitoring the Marketing & Communication Team for marcom matters including online and offline marketing through effective channels with relevant marketing materials
Requirements
• Be a Bachelor’s degree holder, MBA will be an advantage
• Must have 8 - 10 years of working experience in related job position
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Strong financial, business development and marketing skills
• Strong influencing, negotiation, persuasive and collaborative skills
• Must be an excellent communicator with English Language
Salary: 800, 000~1,300,000 MMK
