Assistant Digital Marketing Manager
DBU International College is looking for a talented **Assistant Digital Marketing Manager** to support both our **Corporate Programs** and **Academic Programs & Student Recruitment** through strategic use of digital and social media channels.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage and grow DBUIC’s presence on Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms** for both corporate and academic campaigns.
- Coordinate **website content updates, landing pages, and program information to support leads and conversions.
- Implement and improve SEO to increase visibility of our programs and corporate services on search engines.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns for:
- Corporate training, consultancy, and professional programs.
- Academic programs, intakes, scholarships, and student recruitment events.
- Develop content calendars, briefs, and basic creatives (posts, short videos, and captions).
- Monitor and report performance (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) with simple analytics.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Academic, and Corporate teams to align messages and branding.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, IT, media, or a related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing / social media management.
- Practical experience with Facebook, TikTok, basic video editing, content creation, and SEO fundamentals.
- Good communication skills in English and Burmese.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

**Salary and Benefits
- Salary: 1,500,000 – 2,000,000 MMK per month (based on experience and qualifications)
- Travel allowance

- 6 days per week, 08:30 AM – 05:00 PM
