Job Position: Accountant

Location: No (519/521), Lower Pazundaung Road, Pazundaung Township, Yangon.

Employment Type: Full Time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM)

Off Day: Saturday (Half day), Sunday and Public Holidays

Compensation and Benefits:

Basic Salary + Incentive

Transportation allowance provide.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and prepare the daily cash book and management reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Monitor daily stock movements (in/out) and conduct monthly physical stock audits.

Review pre-order purchases and perform variance analysis on over- or under-purchasing activities.

Reconcile the general ledger accounts and compare actual income and expenditures against the approved budget.

Record daily financial transactions using V6 accounting software.

Manage daily operations related to accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).

Prepare and maintain all necessary accounting documents, journal entries, and ensure timely completion of financial processes.

Participate in physical inventory counts and accurately document any variances, storage issues, or damages.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Diploma in LCCI Levels I, II, and III.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in the accounting field.

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in advanced Excel functions.

Familiarity with V6 accounting software is an advantage.

Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
