👉Key Responsibilities
🔰Liaison & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the client’s internal departments and Chinese suppliers or business partners.
🔰Negotiation Support: Facilitate business negotiations and provide accurate interpretation during meetings to assist in effective contract management.
🔰Documentation: Prepare, translate, and maintain bilingual operational records, reports, and legal/business documents (Chinese-Myanmar-English).
🔰Operational Coordination: Coordinate with logistics providers, customs offices, and regulatory bodies using Chinese language proficiency to ensure smooth workflows.
🔰Cross-functional Assistance: Provide real-time translation support to staff across various business units to ensure clear communication on-site.
👉Job Requirements
✅️Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
✅️Language Proficiency: Must hold HSK Level 4 or above with high fluency in Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing.
✅️Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
✅️Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, professional conduct, and the ability to work under pressure.
