Operations Assistant (M/F) [on shift - morning]
· Assist in data entry and maintenance report of fleets
· Assist in operational duties as needed
· Handle, answer, screen and forward incoming phone enquiries for the limousine and leasing enquiries
· Prepare invoices, collect payments and issue receipts to customers and suppliers
· Record daily sales invoice, daily job logs, bookings and report to Executive Team
· Work in closely with Hotel Concierge and Front Office for daily limousine bookings and records
Work Hours
44 hours work a week with 1 day off (Saturday/ Sunday), with replacement PH
Operations Assistant Qualifications / Skills
• Good Knowledge of vehicle repairs
• Negotiation
• Schedule planning and co-ordinations
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Vehicle maintenance planning
• Team Player
Educations and Experience Requirements
Any Bachelor degree
At least 1 year of experience in operations and vehicle maintenance.
Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point
Sales Executive (Car Rental Service)
Job Descriptions
· Closely liaise with Operations departments as necessary
· Develop and grow customer base mainly corporate customers in Myanmar
· Maintain good relationships customers
· Actively engage with Industry, Government, Non
· Government & private related organizations.
· Sales of car rentals in line with the company policy.
· Execute sales plan to target all prospects with a view to developing ongoing relationships as a key car rental partner.
· Be solution driven; focus on finding the right solution for long term customer relationship development.
· Actively striving for best practices in customer satisfaction.
· Provide a professional and appropriate to approach to customers to support business growth, brand differentiation, sales margin and customer loyalty.
Requirements
· Any Graduate
· A minimum of 2 years of Sales management experience.
· A track record in successfully driving sales.
· Extensive knowledge of automotive business.
