𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will provide overall leadership for the Power & Energy business, with a strong focus on 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆, 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀.

Working closely with the CEO and Executive Directors, the COO will serve as a key link between 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀'𝘀 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, ensuring that strategic objectives are effectively translated into business plans and delivered through the respective functional and project teams.

- 7 to10+ years of experience in the Power & Energy sector
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
- Strong track record in business development and commercial growth

- Strong leadership, strategic planning and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven ability to work closely with CEO, Executive Directors, Project Directors and cross-functional teams

- Minimum 𝟭𝟱+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience in aviation fuel, oil & gas downstream, energy, or logistics, including at least 𝟳–𝟭𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 in senior leadership roles with full P&L responsibility.

- Proven track record in fuel supply & logistics, into-plane fueling operations, B2B sales and contract negotiation, and airport/airline stakeholder management, with strong commercial and operational excellence acumen.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Lead the overall architectural design strategy and drive design excellence across multiple developments.
• Manage and mentor the in-house architectural design team while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee the full design management process from concept through construction.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, including Structural, MEP, Landscape, and Interior Design teams.
• Support commercial objectives through value engineering, cost optimization, and strategic design decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, technical standards, and industry best practices while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
✅ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
✅ Minimum 𝟭𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of architectural design experience with at least 𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 in a senior leadership or design management role.
✅ Proven experience delivering 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲-𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝘅𝗲𝗱-𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.
✅ Previous experience with a 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 or a leading international architectural practice is highly preferred.
✅ Strong proficiency in 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘁/𝗕𝗜𝗠, 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗖𝗔𝗗, 𝗦𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗨𝗽, 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗯𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲, and other architectural design and documentation tools.

• Take full accountability for project performance, including P&L management, budget control, schedule adherence, risk mitigation, safety compliance, and achievement of all technical and regulatory objectives.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

✔ 20+ years of senior leadership experience within industrial manufacturing, heavy industry, engineering, infrastructure, building materials, metals, or related sectors.

✔ Proven track record of leading business expansion, company setup, or greenfield operations, preferably in emerging markets.

✔ 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.
