This role will establish the company's brand in Myanmar's competitive real estate market, build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team, and drive ambitious revenue targets across the company's residential and commercial projects.

- Lead the development and ex*****on of the company's sales, marketing, and brand strategy, from staged pre-sales campaigns and pricing frameworks to in-depth market and competitor analysis.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Surveying, or a related field, with 15–20 years of progressive real estate sales and marketing experience, including at least 7 years in a senior leadership role (Sales Director level or above) within property development.

- Proven track record leading large-scale, mixed-use developments, spanning luxury residential sales and commercial leasing, with demonstrated success in pre-sales and off-plan campaigns.

- Strong market knowledge, including regulatory awareness and an extensive network of brokers, HNWIs, and retail/F&B/corporate contacts (Myanmar market experience is a plus).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with strong commercial acumen and fluency in English.

I'm currently partnering with a leading Fuel Supply & Distribution business in Myanmar on an executive search for a 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 (𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗮𝘁) to lead the full P&L across commercial strategy, operations, supply chain, and HSSE for the Group's aviation fuel business.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

- Own full P&L leadership across the aviation fuel supply chain, driving commercial strategy, sales growth, pricing, and contract negotiations with airlines, airports, and aviation customers.

- Lead end-to-end operations including procurement, storage, logistics, tank farm and pipeline management, fuel nominations, and into-plane fueling across multiple airports.

- Ensure compliance with international aviation fuel standards (IATA, ICAO, JIG, API), maintain a zero-harm HSSE culture, and represent the business with regulators, airport authorities, and industry bodies.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

- Minimum 𝟭𝟱+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience in aviation fuel, oil & gas downstream, energy, or logistics, including at least 𝟳–𝟭𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 in senior leadership roles with full P&L responsibility.

- Proven track record in fuel supply & logistics, into-plane fueling operations, B2B sales and contract negotiation, and airport/airline stakeholder management, with strong commercial and operational excellence acumen.

✅ Proven expertise in developing and implementing enterprise-wide risk frameworks, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, legal strategy, internal controls, business continuity, and crisis management, with the ability to advise Boards, CEOs, and Executive Committees on strategic risk and governance matters.
