Requirements;
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Taxation, Banking/Finance or comparable
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles (tax accountant, credit control, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of financial results).
• Experience in the Logistics / Freight Forwarding industry will be considered an advantage
• Strong English communication skills (both written & spoken)
• Good understanding tax of financial accounting
• Strong Excel skills – Visual Basic programming skills will be considered as an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills
• Inquisitive mindset / quick learner: keen to understand how things work (e.g. business processes, system setups)

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 : Mozambique
𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: Myanmar or Pilipino or Indian
𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 : 5000 USD (Net Salary per month)

• Generally manage all Port activities such as supervising loading, unloading, loading/unloading preparations, bulk vessels/tug boats/barges/pontoon management, and operations.
• Human Resource Management: Managing workers at Port (~200 staff (local people)) & 10 Vietnamese tugboats captains & C/O.
• Making planning for vessels/tug boats in/out of Port, channel.
• Making planning for loading/unloading operations

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀;
• Good at English, and good communication skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Port/logistics management with bulk carriers
• Minimum 3 years of experience in human management & training in Port/logistics activities
