We are looking for an hardworking handyman to manage common areas of our luxury beachfront villa, including 10 suites with pools, located in Bangrak, Koh Samui, Surat Thani, Thailand.
-Ensuring the repair and/or renovation of buildings to include painting, alterations, furnishing, etc.,
-Maintaining all areas of the facility, fixing all incidents, shortages, damages or security issues
-Maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment for the residents, guests and team members
-Maintaining equipment in good condition
-Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
-8 hours a day / 6 days a week
Qualification Required:
-Degree in Electrical Engineering or Vocational Certificate

Review the company’s account, ensure timely preparation of financial and statutory requirements
Preparation of annual budget, monthly rolling forecast and weekly flash report.
Validate and track budget and rolling forecast as well as the key changes to performance

Possesses self-initiative and assertive, able to communicate with people of all levels
Good communications skills with fluent in English & willing to travel
