Job Title: General Manager (GM)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our office operations. The GM will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all departments, strategic planning, staff supervision, and driving business growth in alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage daily office operations and cross-functional teams
• Develop and implement effective business strategies and operational plans
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met
• Coordinate between departments (sales, admin, HR, finance, etc.)
• Manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation efficiently
• Ensure smooth communication between staff and top management
• Prepare business reports and present updates to the CEO or Directors
• Solve problems proactively and ensure high productivity and morale
• Ensure office policies, procedures, and standards are properly followed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in management or leadership roles
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple departments and adapt quickly to challenges
• Knowledge of office software, reporting tools, and business systems
• High integrity and ability to represent company culture and values
