HR Manager (1) Post

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or higher in HRM, Business Administration, General Management, Psychology or related field
• Age between 30 to 50
• At least 2-4 years' Experience in Manager Level with Recruitment And Selection field
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and presentation skills
• Fluent knowledge in HRIS systems and Labor Law
• Experienced in complaint resolutions and problem solving
• Able to perform overall of HR & Recruitment processes
• Result-oriented, independent, responsible and team player
• Good in adaptability , team working and coordination with any people
• Able to go travel for job fair at universities
Job Descriptions
• Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening, skills tests etc.).
• Design the manpower plan, focus, recruitment strategy.
• Define and make sure job analysis (JA), job description (JD), job specification (JS) and employee engagement.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and conduct initial phone interviews and video conferencing if needed.
• Source and find qualified candidates for open job positions using a variety of search methods to effectively develop candidate pools including job portal, LinkedIn and recruitment agency.
• Must be able to carry out HR tasks in accordance with recruitment timelines, deadline, recruiting SOPs and KPIs.
• Facilitate the job offer process by extending the employment contract and negotiating the employment terms.
• Reduces the Cost of Recruitment
• Perform reference background checks.
• Prepare a recruitment dashboard and HR report (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly).
• Employee Probation Process, Employee Contract, Employee Relationship, and the Exit Interview Process.
HR & Admin Executive (1) Post
(Male/Female )
Job Descriptions
• Preparing transfer letters, Promotion/ Demotion letters, termination, resignation, and Warning letters.
• Checking all employee OT and TA.
• Compassionate, baby birth, Marry Assistance prepare and submit.
• Daily attendance checking and leave process in HR system and then report to HO.
• Analysis of Leave, Late, Absent and Turnover result report.
• Control and check Accident Record and Deduction Record.
• To check the monthly SSB list and arrange to communicate with government office for SSB transaction as labor official income tax case.
• Meeting invitation (per meeting schedule) and meeting minute follow up to relative department
• TRA checking and updating process.
• Training schedule prepare and enroll process.
• Prepare and check the monthly KPI data and MOM follow up .
•Checking fix assets , vehicle maintenance , stationary control and fuel charges for all department.
• Perform assigned by immediate superior for HR and Administration.
Job Requirements
• Any Graduate and Certificate (or) Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Must have (3) years experience in related field.
• Age must be 26 to 35
• Active & Smooth Communication and Team working skills.
• Willingness to learn and have to work any challenges and complain handling.
• MS Office applications (Visio, Excel, Words and PowerPoint).
• Must have Human Resource knowledge and labour law in Myanmar.
