Job Description

- Support medical and technical features with sale related activities such as demonstrations, workshops, conference, KOL visits together with other sales team members.
- Need to analyze customer insights, customer trends, market analysis, and best practices to build successful strategies.
- Work very closely with other teams such as sales, operation etc and see for sale and some digital achievement
- Conduct training internally and improve product knowledge.
- Need to prepare quotations, invoices, pre-promotion preparedness (like catalog, snacks and etc).
- Learn product nature and adjust with customers need to match.
- Make rapport and establish relationships with medical practitioners.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
- Can work under pressure and have the sense for customer relationship.

Job Requirements
============
- Any Degree holders in medical background (Paramedical, Nurses) or relevant sale experiences who are interested in medical devices and equipment.
- At least (2) years’ experience in related field.
- Proven experience in sales management and Technical/ Clinical knowledge of medical equipment is a must.
- Also need to have an attitude of problem solving and find solution,
- Must be able to communicate well with seniors and inter-department effectively.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications.

Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell hemodialysis machines, consumables, and related medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and dialysis centers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in targeted regions.
- Prepare sales presentations, quotations, tenders, and product proposals.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and customer segmentation.
B. Clinical Application & Technical Support
- Provide product demonstrations and hands‑on application support during installation and commissioning of hemodialysis equipment.
- Conduct user training sessions for nurses, technicians, and clinicians on machine operation, safety procedures, and best practices.
- Offer on‑site and remote troubleshooting, basic technical support, and follow‑up after sales.
- Collaborate with service engineers to ensure smooth and timely after‑sales service.
C. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with nephrologists, dialysis nurses, biomedical engineers, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct regular customer visits and support programs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in medical workshops, product seminars, conferences, and marketing events.
D. Reporting & Internal Coordination
- Maintain updated sales records, activity reports, and customer feedback forms.
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, logistics, and service teams.
- Provide feedback for product improvement and market trends.
Job Requirements (JR)

1.Education�
Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related medical field.
2. Work Experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
Experience in hemodialysis, nephrology products, or critical care equipment is a strong advantage.
3. Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, dialysis procedures, and medical device operation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to provide hands‑on training and application support.
Strong sales negotiation skills and customer‑handling ability.

• Oversee the preparation and submission of import/export documentations before shipment arrival, including all shipping documents.
• Keeps up-to-date and ensure compliance with all the custom clearance rules and regulations, Import/Export rules and regulations and reports accordingly.
• Interact with third-party importing agents and government officers and build a good relationship with them.

1. Strategic Financial Support

- Provide financial perspectives and analysis to support corporate strategy updates, stakeholder communication, and financial insights preparation.

5. Project & Portfolio Support

- Provide financial monitoring and project reports for corporate projects under CASM.

6. Ad-hoc Tasks and Management Assignments

· Check suppliers’ Performa Invoice and inform import team to apply Import License
· Trace, track the payment process and expedite purchase process
· Monitor validity of FDA certificate and import license for each shipment
· Send Shipping Instruction to suppliers and or forwarder when the cargo is ready
· Advise the vendor to apply Form D and Form E to reduce duties and follow up shipping documents to get before shipment arrival.
· Prepare cost comparison of possible shipment modes and report to manager
· Create and maintain contact with vendors, forwarder and custom brokers to ensure timely delivery of goods
· Update shipment status at software for good information flow
