✅Key Responsibility:

✅Requirement:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Power Engineering.
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is also accepted, provided the candidate has strong hands-on experience in electrical power systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven working experience in site supervision, engineering, or project management (experience in site manager/assistant site manager roles is a plus)
• Strong working knowledge of Solar Power Systems, Electrical Systems, and Mechanical Engineering.
• Good command of English; Japanese proficiency is preferred.
• Strong leadership, site management, and problem-solving skills.
