1.𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐌/𝐅 (𝟐) 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
Identify sales opportunities and actively pursue new business prospects
Provide technical expertise to customers and assist with product selection
Prepare and deliver product presentations to clients and industry professionals
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for customers
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiations
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to recommend appropriate strategies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Proven track record of success in sales or business development within the construction industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong technical knowledge and ability to provide solutions to customer needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events
2.𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐌 (𝟏) 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭
Responsibilities
Collaborate with architects and other engineers to design electrical systems for new construction projects
Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for electrical installations
Create and review electrical system plans, specifications, and drawings
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
Monitor and ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues and malfunctions
Conduct inspections and quality control to verify adherence to project requirements and design plans
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and contractors
Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in electrical engineering
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practices
Proficient in electrical design software and AutoCAD
Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
3.𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌/𝐅 (𝟑) 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the project team to assist in the design and development of construction projects.
Conduct research and analysis to support architectural decision-making.
Assist in the creation and modification of architectural drawings and specifications.
Participate in site visits and inspections to gain an understanding of construction processes.
Assist in the coordination and communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Assist in preparing presentations and visual representations of proposed designs.
Contribute to the development of construction documents and contract administration.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an accredited degree program in architecture or a related field.
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and 3D modeling tools.
Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of sustainable design principles and practices.
Monday to Friday( 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM )
Saturday ( 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM )
Lunch break 1 hrs
Coffee break 15 minutes
Position 1 and 2 Salary Range from 350,000 MMK - 1,000,000 MMK (Based on Experience)
Position 3 Salary 250,000 MMK
Bus allowance + incentive, phone bill +OT
