1. Propose and execute Talent Acquisition procedure and ensure for its compliance.
2. Execute the recruitment strategy and provide required support to immediate superior in order to fulfill the talent requirements of CHID Bank.
3. Propose manpower budget in alignment of recruitment strategy by identifying the data sources to perform manpower gap analysis.
4. Provide coaching and guidance to subordinates to become talent acquisition strategic partners that align with organizational strategies.
5. Overview analysis on labor market of banking industry and develop proper employee retention plan.
6. Monitor the employee orientation of new joiners in cooperation with L&D Dept in order to enhance workplace awareness.
7. Overview and conduct exit interview process and analyze feedback and data in order to support the employee retention plan of CHID Bank.
8. Prepare and propose data for annual and monthly reports for providing effective feedback and suggestion to support HR strategy.
9. Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
10. Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
11. Develop compensation and benefits plans
12. Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
13. Discuss employees’ career development paths with HODs
14. Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
15. Review departmental budgets
16. Organize learning and development programs
17. Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner
18. Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
19. Review and oversee the monthly salary calculation
20. Monitor ISO Standard Quality operations in HR
Job Requirements
1. Any Bachelor Degree and/ or preferably Master Degree in Management.
2. Diploma in Human Resource Management or Development is mandatorily required.
3. 8-year experience as a Human Resource practitioner with solid background in General HR Management.
4. 5-year experience in management role.
5. Sound knowledge on Myanmar Labor Law.
6. Business Acumen and Management Ethics.
7. Interpersonal, liaising, planning, leading, organizing, controlling skill.
8. Strong HR concept and service mind set.
9. Persuasive, unbiased behavior and be a good observer on human behavior and psychology.
10. Business English and intermediate level of IT fluency.
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
12. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
13. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
15. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate

🌿 Office Time - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
🌿 Location – No.(60), Nawaddy Road, Corner for Shwe Dagon Pagoda Road and Nawaddy Road, Dagon Township.
