Requirements (for both positions):
Valid passport
COP (Certificate of Proficiency)
Seafarer Medical Certificate
STCW certificates
Good command of English
Experience on small vessels is an advantage

We are looking for Wind Turbines Technicians.

Starting- Beginning of June
Place- Norway /onshore Nordex wind turbines
Employment in Norway
Working Hours– I-V- 8 h
Meal allowance– 897 NOK/day (
Travel and living accommodation – paid bey employer
Duration: 6 weeks

Participates during the service of all related plant equipment.
Performs routine tests on Nordex Turbines N149 turbines or D3000 and D4000.
Performs routine predictive maintenance activities including, electrical hydraulic and mechanical annual service and maintenance.
Operates and/or obtains information from various mechanical and electrical devices used to support specific equipment diagnostics or work activities.
Is proficient in the use of machine tools and various hand powered tools as job needs dictate.
Perform diagnosis and repair Wind Turbines faults and prepare and maintain proper documentation to support the repairs.
Perform commissioning, testing, repair and maintenance on wind turbine generators and related equipment at wind farms and within the turbine.
Assure proper procedures are followed during troubleshooting, repairs, service and maintenance or counter measure installations.
Perform servicing, troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components in Nordex turbine types.
Qualifications for wind turbine technician
Experienced on Nordex Turbines, Preferably N149 or D3000 and D4000 machines.

Full GWO qualifications including BTT and Bolt torquing. 3rd party bold torquing certificate would also be acceptable.
Candidates must also have completed the FSE High and Low Voltage qualification for Norway (online training in English 2 hours)
Must be experience in wind turbine Annual Service Activity

Be in procession of a valid passport for overseas travel.
Knowledge of and the ability to use various hand tools including Mechanical tongue wrenches.
Able to work safely in a confined space.
Ideally, candidates will hold a relevant engineering qualification and have experience of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, fault finding and repairs on industrial systems. Good experience will be considered over a qualification.
Current valid Driver's License with less than 3 violations in past 2 years
