**International Trader / Sales Manager
Frozen Fish & Seafood | Global Markets | Full-Cycle Trading**
We are expanding our international trading team and looking for a strong, commercially-driven Sales Manager / Trader, who knows how to build profitable deals, grow markets and manage the full sales cycle in global B2B trade.

About the Role
You will be responsible for international sales of frozen fish products, client portfolio development, market analytics, pricing and full-cycle deal management — from identifying product lots to final delivery and repeat business.
This is a role for a self-driven, sharp and fast commercial professional who enjoys trading dynamics and knows how to move deals forward.
Your Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
Develop and manage clients in the EU, Asia, Latin America and other regions
Prepare commercial offers, calculate pricing and secure profitable deals
Achieve sales targets (volume, margin, new markets, repeat orders)
Build strong client loyalty and deliver high-quality communication
Product & Market Operations
Identify suitable product lots (seasonality, availability, quality)
Monitor global market trends: prices, demand, competition
Maintain photo library, QC details and product specifications
Quality & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate pre-shipment inspections
Work with documentation: certificates, specs, shipment terms
Support communication with logistics partners when needed
Data & Reporting
Monthly sales analytics and performance reports
CRM / Excel / ERP data updates
Contribution to process improvements and compliance
Requirements
Must-Have
Experience in international sales / trading / export operations
(fish, seafood, meat or food products — a strong advantage)
Ability to manage a full trading cycle independently
English — fluent; Russian — strong working level;
Latvian — basic / intermediate for internal communication
Confident Excel & Word user
Understanding of INCOTERMS 2010/2020
Ability to work with multicultural clients & suppliers
Nice-to-Have
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Navision, Dynamics)
Spanish / Norwegian / Portuguese as an additional language
Basic understanding of fish biology, quality standards, storage
Experience with QC, logistics or export documentation

Ideal Experience
3–7 years in B2B international sales / trading
Experience with frozen fish/seafood, meat or FMCG
Negotiations with suppliers from Asia, Norway, Iceland, Chile etc.
Participation in inspections, QC processes, logistics chains
Experience handling Key Accounts
KPI (set individually)
Monthly sales volume (tons / €)
Deal margin level (%)

Repeat business / client retention
Offer-to-deal conversion rate
Documentation accuracy and QC compliance
