Main responsibilities:
Selection and recruitment of shipboard personnel through a database, social media, etc .;
Maintain records and database with personnel, financial and other data;
Management of candidates' employment documents;
Training courses organization / coordination for ship's personnel
Other responsibilities
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Maritime or related field;
Experience with shipboard personnel selection / management process will be considered as an advantage.
Good communication skills;
Knowledge of Latvian, English and Russian languages;
Multitasking skills;
Time management skills;
Proficiency in MS Office.
