Hello everyone,

I think everyone knows how much it costs to post a job. Some are more or less expensive as others. And rare are those you can post for FREE!!! I would love to launch a FREE Job Board but I would have monthly costs to keep it running.

Nice features for job seekers and employers (e.g. Job posting, Company Profile Page, Resume/Profile Search, Employer Dashboard, Applicant Tracking) as well as SEO and Integration With Google Job Search.

I also would love to integrate a section to help people with disability to find a job that fits their needs (e.g. a person in a rolling, a deaf person, or ..... working remote with a real contract not freelancing). Having a disability is not equal to not able to work. And I know some countries are offering financial help to employ a person with disability.

My question is as I would love to keep it totally FREE, what would you suggest as an idea to cover the monthly cost?
I could add Google AdSense ads, ask for donations, but I'm not sure it would be enough!
Any other suggestions?

Job description

The National Retail Manager is 100% responsible for the management of the key account manager team and all the related sales activities (sales, volumes, trade margin, annual budget) in in the context of the Mass Market Retail Channel and Foodservice Market as well as for the management of all business relationships with the Mass Market Retailers and Retail Purchasing Consortiums. He/she will support the Area Manager West-Europe in defining and managing business strategies for Mass Market Retail Channel and sharing/discussing about trade policies as well as the business plan for the clients. This plan will be presented to the Managing Director Europe. Builds and maintains consultative business relationships with the Area Manager West-Europe and the Managing Director Europe to increase and improve sales results. The National Retail Manager controls and verifies the Mass Market Retail Channel within the assigned budget (turnover, business volumes, incomes, promotional and contractual spending). Supports and guides the National and Local Key Account staff in planning national and local promotional schedules and developing a detailed action program. Supervises the peripheral implementations of national agreements. Guarantees the systematic analysis of the turnover of the customers in charge, also through appropriate processing of available data, in order to identify the necessary corrective measures in the event of deviations from the expected. External cooperation with the main buyers in the MMR Channel.

Profile

Hard skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• Min 5 years’ professional experience – key word: foodservice sector and Mass Market Retail Channel
• Solid understanding of the food trade and of Retail Services/Business Operations
• Knowledge of national contracts (in France) and commercial policies applied to Mass Market Retail customers
• Leadership experience and know-how in managing big budgets (essential)
• Retail Sales experience with Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
• Knowledge of the company business and the main competitors
• Experience in product launch and go-to market strategies
• Very good written and spoken French skills (essential)
• Good English skills
• Italian skills would be an advantage
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and web-browsers
