This was a very intense and productive week, during which, our CEO Artur Truš, together with Dmitrijs Krivunecs, Director of OJ Crew Riga, went across the Netherlands and Belgium, meeting with our valued clients, discussing current market challenges, exploring new opportunities, sharing industry insights, and gathering honest feedback that helps us continue improving.

In just one week, we managed to visit 14 clients — a demanding schedule, but one that was absolutely worth every mile traveled.

What made this trip particularly rewarding was hearing so much positive news from our partners.
Several shipowners shared their fleet growth plans and upcoming expansion projects, which will create new career opportunities for OJ Crew seafarers to join respected and well-established fleets around the world.
There is no better feeling than knowing that the relationships we build today can open doors for our people tomorrow.

Among the companies we had the pleasure of visiting were Wagenborg, Boskalis, Reederei Nord, Amasus, Boomsma Shipping, JR Shipping, Exmar, Pot Scheepvaart, Wijnne Barends, MF Shipping, and several other valued partners.
