All social guarantees+life insurance Base in Northern Germany Employment in a Lithuanian or German company (only for EU citizens), an open-ended employment contract. Weekly advances. Flexible cadencies. We take or reimburse the cost of arriving in Germany. All company employees are insured for all 12 months a year, holidays and a pension also accumulate for the entire 12 months, we help to arrange in Germany the child's money and registration for a long-term residence permit.
