Team performance is driven by members who can quickly align and coordinate their actions and perform efficiently to achieve a common objective. They are consciously aware of how each member contributes to the team’s overall success and the importance of communicating clearly. They deal with issues and problems openly and remove barriers to success. In team building programs, the entire program focuses on improving the group dynamics of the target team. Program Length

Building High Performance Teams - Building High Performance Teams is an interactive skills-based team development program that focuses on the team principles and practices of effective teamwork, and how to apply this knowledge to real-time business challenges. Team development program formats include, half day programs, one day and two day team development programs, depending on your objectives. This teambuilding activity is a team-based race that showcases collaboration, risk vs. reward and other gratification techniques. Based on the TV hit The Amazing Race, teams are required to seek out and solve a series of different challenges. Once solved, the next clue and challenge becomes clear. However, you'll never know where you’re going next or what you'll have to do once there. Each team’s relationship will be forever changed by their experience in this once-in-a-lifetime adventure. Each leg is a non-elimination / elimination leg and the teams soon discover that cooperative competition can bear more fruit than a “dog-eat-dog” approach. Amazing Race entails cryptic and mentally challenging activities that takes in famous sites, monuments and places of interest. This multi-activity event utilizes cryptic clues, problem solving challenges, orienteering, resourcefulness, teamwork and intelligence of your team. The event will reward teamwork, team building skills, leadership skills, creativity, out-of-the-box thinking and taking calculated risks. · All teams to bring a mobile phone with them. This phone number to be indicated to HR prior to the event. The phone cannot have a data connection / internet / wifi. In other words a primitive type of mobile phone. This is to be carried in a sealed envelope. The envelopes will be provided by us & will be sealed by us on the day of the event.
· All teams to make a team flag indicating their team name and to be carried on a pole. size 3 feet by 3 feet.
· One back pack per team
· No limitation on the money a team can carry
· Team can use one or more vehicles. Team has to paste the given stickers on the front top left of the windscreen and anywhere in the rear window.
· The team vehicle to have seat belts / a valid revenue license / insurance and a jack and a spare tire to be used in an emergency. The driver MUST have a valid driving license
