Employment Criteria:
• Age: 27 years to 45 years
• Qualifications: Registered Nurse with the "Nursing Council Sri Lanka" - Must have followed a Three-Year Nursing Diploma or a BSc Nursing
• Experience: Minimum 3 years clinical working nursing experience in a hospital setting (Intensive care Unit, Operating Theater, Neonatal Unit, Emergency treatment unit, Renal Unit, Medical and Surgical Units Etc.)
• Language: Shall be fluent in the English language (spoken and written)
• Contract Period: Two (2) Years subject to second year Temporary Practicing Certificate (TPC) renewal approval from Malaysia Nursing Board.
• Salary:
o Basic monthly salary: RM 3,000 - RM 4,500 per month (Subject to years’ experience)
o Additional Allowances: Special Allowance =RM 1,100, General Nursing Allowance =RM 700.00, Degree Allowance =RM 400.00, Post Basic Allowance = RM 600.00
• Working Days: Three (3) shifts, Six (6) days per week
• Working Hours: Eight (8) hours per day, Forty-Five (45) Hours per week
• Overtime: Provided
• Leave: Seventeen (17) days for every twelve months (12) of continuous service
• Accommodation: Free hostel accommodation
• Food: Not provided. Meals sold at the hospital cafeteria at a subsidized rate
• Medical Benefits: Outpatient - RM 2,500.00 per year, Inpatient - RM 30,000.00 per year, Dental & Optical - RM 600.00 per year
• Airfare: Free Air Tickets provided up and Down
