The Bogodawatte Islamic Youth Foundation, a Non-profit organization, operating under the guidance of the Trustee Board of the Bogodawatte Jumma Masjid has been in existence for the last three years and has accomplished many projects serving the local Muslim Community, especially amongst the younger generation. Our principal aim is to uplift the living condition of our bret

hren through support for educational prowess, self employment, counseling, protection and shelter. We always seek advice and guidance from the Trustee Board, learned adults and Ulama in planning and implementing our projects which has strengthened our efforts many fold and gained unanimous acceptance of the IYFB amongst the general public of the area. We have a very healthy membership of youngsters and the number keeps increasing with every discerning youngster eager to join a wave that is transcending the essence of the Muslim youth. Our Current Projects:

*Develop educational standards amongst Muslims.
*Develop self-employment opportunities.
*Develop the standard of those who are already self-employed
*Repair/renovate houses to improve living conditions.
*Render help and support in case of emergencies. To carry out these activities continuously and to serve the Muslim community at large who are dependent on the people that Allah has bestowed with the bounties of this world and will exchange it for rewards beyond our imagination in the hereafter, we seek your kind contribution in this noble venture.
