💼 Experience: 2+ years in Apparel – Bulk Merchandising, Logistics, or Planning

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective supply solutions for upcoming seasons
• Ensure component availability and optimized stock levels for finished-goods production
• Coordinate supply quantities and timelines in line with agreed supply plans
• Manage production capacity and planning across strategic, tactical, and operational horizons
• Ensure accurate finished-goods order pricing and on-time delivery
• Develop supplier supply-chain capabilities through performance monitoring and follow-up
• Identify opportunities to improve supply-chain agility, efficiency, and responsiveness

🔹 Ideal Candidate

✔ 2+ years of relevant experience in apparel bulk merchandising, logistics, or planning
✔ Strong understanding of production planning, supply processes, critical paths, and timelines
✔ Excellent English communication and stakeholder-management skills
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ Excellent time-management and organizational skills

✔ Strong technical knowledge of VRF systems, chillers, AHUs, split systems, and ventilation systems.
✔ Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
✔ Familiarity with leading HVAC brands such as Daikin, Carrier, Trane, Mitsubishi, LG, or equivalent.
✔ Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
✔ Valid driving licence and willingness to travel island-wide.

• Existing network within the architecture, property development, or facilities management sectors.
• Experience handling government or BOI project tenders.
