Another year of success with MARCH's Beb El Dahab! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who was part of this rebuilding initiative! Thanks to you, many more shops were rebuilt and made safe, helping the community's economy pick up and increasing employment for the youth. Here's some before and after shots, but the ones we're proud of the most are the transformations of evolution of ours team members and participants, who pushed themselves to learn and improve their community in the process!

ابتداءً من بكرا، الأربعاء ٢١ آذار ٢٠١٨، راح تبدأ مباريات الفوتبول الحامية بين الفرق المختلطة من باب التبانة وجبل محسن وعناصر من اللواء ١٢ بالجيش اللبناني بدورة باب الذهب للسنة الثانية على التوالي واللي راح تمتد على مدى ثلاث أسابيع. لاقونا لتشجعوا الشباب وتختاروا الفريق الأفضل!

نهائي دورة باب الذهب لكرة القدم في ملعب "بعل الدراويش" الواقع بين منطقتي جبل محسن وباب التبانة في مباراة نهائية جمعت فريقي "سوق النحاسين" و "قهوة موسى" وانتهت بفوز الأخير على الأول بنتيجة 10-3!

إنطلاقة دورة باب الذهب لكرة القدم من قلب شارع سوريا!
في إطار مشروع "باب الذهب"، قامت جمعية مارش بافتتاح دورة باب الذهب لكرة القدم في ملعب "بعل الدراويش" الواقع في شارع سوريا بين منطقتي جبل محسن وباب التبانة، الذي تم ترميمه على يد مديرية التعاون العسكري - المدني في الجيش اللبناني. بحضور السفير الهولندي في لبنان موريتس شابفيلد.
تجري بطولة باب الذهب لكرة القدم خلال شهر آب، وتضم 12 فريقا تجمع شبابا من باب التبانة وجبل محسن والجيش اللبناني يتنافسون على الكأس في محاولة لجمع جميع أطراف الاشتباكات في مباريات كرة قدم ودّية تسلط الضوء على التقدم المحرز حتى الآن، وترسّخ العلاقات بين الأطراف المتنافسة تحت عنوان "يلّا عالملعب".

وقام نهائي البطولة برعاية قائد الجيش العماد جوزيف عون نهار الإثنين 21 آب على الساعة 7:30 مساء على ملعب بعل الدراويش في شارع سوريا

After Beb El Dahab and many other successful projects in Beb El Tebbeneh and Jabal Mohsen, MARCH is proud to announce the Beb El Dahab Football Tournament this month in partnership with Right To Play Lebanon and the Lebanese Army's 12th Brigade, CIMIC and the support of the British Embassy in Beirut UK in Lebanon!

The BED Footbal Tournament is happening throughout the month of August and includes 12 teams comprised of young men from Beb El Tebbeneh, Jabal Mohsen and the Lebanese Army. In other words, factions that were once on opposing sides of clashes, are now united together in friendly football matches that solidify the relationships between the former warring neighborhoods.

The tournament kicked off on Saturday August 12th, and the tournament final will be held on August 21st at 7:30PM under the patronage of Lebanese Army Commander-in-Chief General Joseph Aoun.

Admission is free, and everyone is welcome!
