នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ៣រោច ខែមាឃ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី០៤ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមហ៊ុនផេស៊ីហ្វិក អ៊ីមផ្លយម៉ិន អេជេន ឯ.ក មានសេចក្តីសោមនស្សរីករាយក្នុងការប្រកាសអំពីពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខាអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់គ្នា (MoU) ជាមួយវិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងកសិកម្មកម្ពុជា (CITA) និងក្រុមហ៊ុន KOJIMA HOLDINGS CO., LTD. ត្រីភាគី ស្តីពី «កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើការជ្រើសរើសធនធានមនុស្ស»។
ពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខានេះត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើងរវាងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធរួមមាន៖
១. វិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងកសិកម្មកម្ពុជា (CITA) តំណាងដោយ លោក ជួប ចំណាន នាយកវិទ្យាស្ថាន។
២. ក្រុមហ៊ុន ផេស៊ីហ្វិក អ៊ីមផ្លយម៉ិន អេជេន ឯ.ក (Pacific Employment Agent Co., Ltd) តំណាងដោយ លោក មាស មាន អគ្គនាយកក្រុមហ៊ុន។
៣. ក្រុមហ៊ុន Kojima Holdings Co., Ltd. (ប្រទេសជប៉ុន) តំណាងដោយ លោក Okami Takeshi, នាយកតំណាងរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន។
កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការត្រីភាគីនេះ មានគោលបំណងបង្កើតក្របខ័ណ្ឌការងាររួមគ្នា ក្នុងការជ្រើសរើស បណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងបញ្ជូនពលករជំនាញកម្ពុជា ទៅបំពេញការងារនៅប្រទេសជប៉ុន ក្រោមទិដ្ឋាការ «ពលករជំនាញ (SSW)» និង «កម្មវិធីហាត់ការបច្ចេកទេស (TITP)»។ តាមរយៈកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនេះ សិក្ខាកាមនឹងទទួលបានការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលទាំងផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេស និងភាសាជប៉ុនឱ្យស្របតាមស្តង់ដារការងារ ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការទីផ្សារការងារក្នុងប្រទេសជប៉ុន ក៏ដូចជាការបង្កើនឱកាសការងារ និងលើកកម្ពស់ជីវភាពជូនដល់យុវជនកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។
On the morning of Wednesday, February 4, 2026, Pacific Employment Agent Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Cambodia Institute of Technology and Agriculture (CITA) and KOJIMA HOLDINGS CO., LTD. on "Human Resource Recruitment Cooperation."
The agreement was signed between:
Cambodia Institute of Technology and Agriculture (CITA), represented by Mr. Chhoub Chamnan, Director.
Pacific Employment Agent Co., Ltd., represented by Mr. Meas Mean, Chairman.
Kojima Holdings Co., Ltd. (Japan), represented by Mr. Okami Takeshi, Representative Director.
This tripartite cooperation aims to establish a collaborative framework for the recruitment, training, and placement of qualified Cambodian workers in Japan under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) visa and the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP). Through this partnership, candidates will receive comprehensive vocational and Japanese language training to meet high-level labor standards. This initiative not only addresses the demand for labor in Japan but also bolsters the development of high-quality human resources and expands career opportunities for Cambodian youth.
