IHQ is not-for-profit organization founded in 2006 to provide hands-on training and consulting service to NGOs and business enterprises from a position of social responsibility. We are focusing on strengthening organization capacity to become more accountable, and ultimately deliver more effective and efficient services to their communities and constituencies. The first stage is focusing on streng

thening their human capital for innovation through skill-based training. The second is working one-on-one with individual organization to develop a specific action plan on project implementation, management, leadership, finance, planning, fundraising, and creating social enterprise for their organization financial sustainability. To further enhance organization capacity to develop sound policy and procedures, IHQ provides legal advice relating to labor law such as employment contract, streamlining organizational personnel, financial policy, and mediates in conflicts the workplace. In delivering these services, IHQ operates from an assets-based perspective. We build on the positives that already exist within an organization, and provide practical tools and information that will motivate our partners to practice sound management such as engaging in community strengthening and resource mobilization with an eye to the shifting of business environment.
