We just wrapped up a meaningful session on โ€œCreating a Trust and Safe Working Culture.โ€

One of the key points, we reflected together on the Culture Iceberg Model:

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿซ Hidden culture: values, beliefs, mindsets, unwritten rules, emotions, and trust

It was a strong reminder for all of us that real change in organizations doesnโ€™t start on the surfaceโ€”it starts with what we cannot easily see.
