Vattanac Golf Resort is seeking a dynamic and results-driven SPA Manager to lead the overall Spa operations, including service quality, staff performance, scheduling, inventory, and daily operations of the resort.
This executive role will oversee daily operations, drive long-term business strategy, and ensure exceptional experiences for members and guests.
Requirements for SPA Manager:
- Manage and oversee the overall daily operation of the Spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the Spa team, including staff scheduling, performance, and training.
- Maintain high standards of guest service, hygiene, safety, and Spa quality.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints and ensure effective problem-solving and resolution.
- Manage Spa inventory, equipment, facilities, and operational costs.
- Monitor service performance and support initiatives to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- 3β5 years of senior management experience in a golf club or resort
- Strong leadership and operational expertise
- Knowledge of Hotel and Hospitality, and management skill
- Experience with hotel, spa, steam are preferred
- Able to communicate in both English and Chinese
