Key Responsibilities
β’ Manage and oversee sales operations within the assigned territory or province.
β’ Lead and supervise Sales Supervisors and Sales Representatives.
β’ Develop regional sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
β’ Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
β’ Expand distribution coverage and increase the number of active outlets.
β’ Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers.
β’ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
β’ Ensure proper product availability, merchandising, and promotion ex*****on.
β’ Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and market conditions.
β’ Prepare sales reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Requirements
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
β’ Minimum 3β5 years experience in sales management or area sales management.
β’ Strong leadership and team management skills.
β’ Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or distribution industry preferred.
β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Ability to travel frequently within assigned provinces.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
