ស្តីពីការផ្ទេរសិទ្ធិលើឥណទាន របស់អតិថិជននៃ ធនាគារ ព្រីនស៍ ម.ក ទៅគ្រឹះស្ថានផ្តល់ឥណទានថ្មី (ធនាគារ ប្រៃសណីយ៍កម្ពុជា ក.អ)

ធនាគារ ប្រៃសណីយ៍កម្ពុជា សូមជូនដំណឹងដល់អតិថិជនឥណទាន របស់ធនាគារ ព្រីនស៍ និងសាធារណជនទាំងអស់មេត្តាជ្រាបថា អនុលោមតាមច្បាប់ និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិជាធរមាន ព្រមទាំងដោយមានការអនុញ្ញាតពីធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា សិទ្ធិ និងផលប្រយោជន៍ទាំងអស់ ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងប្រាក់កម្ចី ដែលជាឥណទានរបស់អតិថិជនធនាគារ ព្រីនស៍ ត្រូវបានផ្ទេរទាំងស្រុងទៅឱ្យ ធនាគារ ប្រៃសណីយ៍កម្ពុជា ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី ៥ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ តទៅ។
អាស្រ័យហេតុនេះ សូមអតិថិជនឥណទានរបស់ ធនាគារ ព្រីនស៍ មេត្តាជ្រាប និងបន្តសហការអនុវត្តកាតព្វកិច្ចសងប្រាក់កម្ចី ចាប់ពីការជូនដំណឹងនេះទៅ។
សម្រាប់ពត៌មានបន្ថែម សូមទាក់ទងមកកាន់ ផ្នែកបម្រើសេវាកម្មអតិថិជន (Call Center) តាមរយៈទូរសព្ទលេខ៖ ០៧០ ២០០០០២ ឬ ១៨០០ ២០៨ ៨៨៨ (ឥតគិតថ្លៃ)៕

Transfer of Loan Portfolio from Prince Bank Plc. to Cambodia Post Bank Plc.
Reference: Announcement Letter from Morisonkak MKA Audit-Accounting Co., Ltd., the appointed Liquidator of Prince Bank Plc., dated 13 May 2026.
Cambodia Post Bank Plc. would like to inform all loan customers of Prince Bank and the general public that, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and with the formal approval of the National Bank of Cambodia, all rights and interests related to the loan portfolio of Prince Bank have been fully transferred to Cambodia Post Bank, effective from 5 May 2026.
Accordingly, all loan customers of Prince Bank are requested to take note of this transition and continue fulfilling their loan repayment obligations to Cambodia Post Bank from the date of this notice onwards.

柬埔寨邮政银行谨此通知 Prince Bank Plc. 全体贷款客户及社会公众，根据相关法律法规，并经柬埔寨国家银行正式批准，Prince Bank Plc. 贷款资产组合所涉及的全部权利、所有权及相关权益，已自 2026 年 5 月 5 日起正式转移至柬埔寨邮政银行。
因此，谨请 Prince Bank Plc. 的所有贷款客户知悉上述安排，并自本公告发布之日起，继续通过柬埔寨邮政银行履行相关贷款还款义务。
