Why we do it “Lodosha”?
Lodosha.jp was created with a clear vision, rather to improve its ecosystem and increase competitive advantages among all stakeholders leading to a win-win cooperation and partnership for mutual interests and inclusive growth, than to compete with the existing dispatch-licensed companies and training schools. This motive is in line with our core purpose; that is, together we can increase the number of Cambodian employees to work in Japan in a large scale than ever before, thus for our people’s interest rather than other people in region, since the market scale is large, but our number is still small”.
Our platform is a tailor-made website particularly designed to be Japanese-users-friendly. We do believe that it delivers an able short-cut screening and selection process, where Cambodian employees and Japanese employers are inter-connected and matched up, along with our facilitation and consultation both in Khmer and Japanese languages.
To achieve it, we have built up a combined-team of Cambodian and Japanese professionals who understand not only the national legal systems of both countries but also the Japanese market, languages and culture very well. Wide connections with Japanese companies, labor associations and organizations in Japan and Cambodia are indeed our strengths.
