Bridging of the gap between young, fresh graduates and employment is what AmEntres is all about. Yvonne, the CEO realized that majority of the graduates had acquired the hard skills in the various institutions but they definitely lacked ‘something’ that would make them the complete package.
Soft Skills are an important part of the employment process, right from knowing which career path to follow (Career Development), how to set goals as an individual and also within the organisation set up (Self Management), how to brand ones self as an individual within the work setting and the behaviors expected (Personal Branding and Work Etiquette),how to professionally and adequately present your CV and eventually in an interview, how to be a profit center rather than a cost center, network effectively and have great communication skills, how to effectively critically think of a problem and adequately solve it.
Our goal is to ensure that we are building all rounded individual who will help with the vision of organisations they will be placed in.
