Silvester Onyango is no stranger to putting in the . With a background in social work and a deep-seated passion for community transformation, he spent his time volunteering at the House of Hope Orphanage in Homabay County; managing childrenโs welfare. On paper, Silvester was doing everything right. In reality, he was caught in a trap familiar to thousands of young professionals across Sub-Saharan Africa, where youth make up over 60% of the total population. Despite his diverse roles, a massive gap remained between his theoretical knowledge and the stable, sustainable path he desperately sought.
