1. Role: Customer Service - Thai Speaker
Location: Bang Na Bangkok, Thailand.
Salary Max: 22,000 THB
KPI Allowance 1000 THB + 750 THB Attendance
Language: : Thai + English (B1/B2)

Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with 1 year customer service experience or Fresh graduate can apply.
• Excellent command over Excellent communication skills and strong command over the local language/ language off support in the region
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
NOTE - Centralized Thai dialect speaking is required.
2.Role: Telemarketing Executive- Mandarin
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Salary Max: THB 30,000 - 45,000 (Housing allowance for expat THB 6000)
Language: Mandarin (Read, Write & Speak)
Joining Date: Immediate
Shift: Wed-Sun 9am-6pm
NOTE: ‼️Looking for candidate who has experience in telemarketing field
Qualification:
• A minimum of 1 year- s experience in the Shared Ownership selling or marketing profession; 1 year- s experience within Hospitality field marketing or Sales; (OR) 2 years- experience in phone work (e.g. telemarketing, collections, appointment setting).
• University education desirable, though not an essential requirement
3.ROLE: Team Lead Customer Service – Japanese
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Salary: 85,000 - 96,000 THB
Joining: Immediate
Education: Bachelor's degree is a must
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO environment, or experience in team management from social media platforms, content moderation, customer service, etc.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm.

4.Content Moderator (COMO) - Mandarin speaker
Location: Bangkok, Thailand.
Basic Salary: 38,500 THB (Fixed) + KPI Allowance 1000 THB / per month+ 750 THB Attendance/ per month (Meets)
Language: Mandarin + English
Joining Date: 29 April.
