Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of our esteemed client, is seeking a driven and experienced Pre- sales Software (Cloud) to join their dynamic team.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the sales team by providing technical expertise and guidance to potential clients during the pre-sales process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on the features, functionalities, and benefits of our cloud-based software solutions.
2. Conduct product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs and requirements of potential clients, showcasing the capabilities of our software platform.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to gather and analyze customer requirements, ensuring that proposed solutions align with their business objectives.
4. Design customized solutions based on client needs, utilizing our cloud software platform to address their challenges and enhance their operations.
5. Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations, incorporating technical details and solution architectures to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
✅ Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably in the software industry.
✅ In-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies, including public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
✅ Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical
concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
✅ Experience conducting product demonstrations and delivering technical presentations to potential clients.
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and address requirements effectively.
✅ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Certifications in cloud computing platforms are a plus.
