Your primary responsibility will be to support the sales team by providing technical expertise and guidance to potential clients during the pre-sales process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on the features, functionalities, and benefits of our cloud-based software solutions.
2. Conduct product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs and requirements of potential clients, showcasing the capabilities of our software platform.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to gather and analyze customer requirements, ensuring that proposed solutions align with their business objectives.
4. Design customized solutions based on client needs, utilizing our cloud software platform to address their challenges and enhance their operations.
5. Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations, incorporating technical details and solution architectures to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

✅ Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably in the software industry.

✅ In-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies, including public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.

✅ Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical
concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

✅ Experience conducting product demonstrations and delivering technical presentations to potential clients.

✅ Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and address requirements effectively.

✅ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Certifications in cloud computing platforms are a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop a business development plan to drive business growth.
2. Sales Pipeline Management: Development and management of a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads from initial contact through conversion
3. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies aligned with overall business objectives
4. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats
5. Portfolio Management, Growth and Expansion - Grow the client portfolio size by acquiring new and deepening existing customer relationships.

HR TIPS FOR WRITING EFFECTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION

"Hiring great talent starts with an enticing job posting".

A job description is a marketing tool - it is a representation of your company, culture, and successes, to be read by a lot of people. How you phrase a job description, what you say about the role, even the words you choose to describe expectations and requirements hold sway over whether people will be attracted to or repelled by this job — and your company.

Here are some tips for writing highly effective job description:

✔ Lead with what is important - Write in a clear style and use concise job title that accurately reflects the position

✔ Always use simpler word rather than the complicated one; keep sentence structure as simple as possible.

✔ Use descriptive action verbs in the present tense (for example: writes, operates, or performs).

✔ Avoid abbreviations and acronyms.

✔ Focus on essential activities; omit trivial duties and occasional tasks.

✔ Only include assigned duties today. Do not include potential future duties and eliminate any duties no longer required.

✔ Be crystal clear about the location of the job

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢ Planning, organizing, initiating, and supervising all maintenance works and projects within the Terminal.
➢ Handling Opex & Capex budget in liaison with the Terminal Manager
➢ Supervision: Directing all contractors working on-site depending on the work
➢ Planning and implementing routine maintenance and statutory inspections.
➢ Planning, design, and implementation of approved Terminal projects.
➢ Ensure that the Terminal plant and equipment are maintained and serviced regularly by developing a
maintenance schedule in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and strictly following up,
➢ Ensure that project implementation is executed timely, safely, and within budget by sticking to the approved bill of quantities and budget.
➢ Ensure that statutory inspections and calibrations are carried out in time by developing a schedule and
following up with approved bodies for the works.
➢ Ensure that all Maintenance works and projects are implemented in line with the company's HSEQ
policy.
➢ Ensuring Permit-to-work system and Job safety analysis are carried out for all works.
➢ Control Operating and maintenance costs of equipment by reducing breakdowns by ensuring
the right use, proper handling, and training of users.
➢ Ensure continuous improvement of equipment and plant by carrying out analysis of relevance and
sufficiency and advising need to upgrade or improve.
➢ Sourcing competitive quotes from contractors for maintenance works to be done at the Terminal.
