RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS
Are you a go-getter, positive minded individual? There are several opportunities for ambitious, self-driven individuals to fill the below positions within the Retail Banking department as well as the Corporate and Institutional Banking Department within Family Bank.
1. Relationship Managers SME -Ref: RMSME/0503/18
Reporting to: Head of Retail Banking.
Purpose:
This role will be within the Retail department and the purpose is to build, grow and manage a high quality portfolio of profitable SME customers for the bank.
2. Relationship Managers Institutional Banking - Ref: RMIB/0503/18
Reporting to: Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking.
Purpose:
There are several positions availble in this space. The purpose of these roles is to build and manage rapport with Institutions and Public Sector clients so as to ensure optimum customer acquisition, retention and income generation from sales of all appropriate Assets, liabilities and Institutions products of the Bank.
3. Relationship Managers Corporate Banking -Ref: RMCB/0503/18
Reporting to: Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking.
Purpose:
There are several positions availble in this space. The purpose of the role is to build and manage rapport with corporate clients so as to ensure optimum customer acquisition, retention and income generation from sales of all appropriate Assets, liabilities and cash management products of the Bank
4. Relationship Managers Trade Finance - Ref: RMTF/0503/18
Reporting to: Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking.
Purpose:
The relationship managers in this space will be responsible for growth of Trade Finance business volumes and incomes through marketing and selling of Structured Trade Finance products.
The ideal candidates for all the above roles must possess the following
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business or any related field.
At least four (4) years working experience in a similar environment
Strong presentation skill set
Good analytical skills
Knowledge of Institution Banking products
Highly effective communication and collaboration skills
High level of cooperation with others and is responsive to the bank’s and team’s needs
AMC/CFT training/knowledge
