Since the school was established in 2000, a number of pupils have graduated Magoso School, secondary school and university. The school has seen one ex-pupil become a famous television presenter within Kenya, and who returns to the school at Christmas to provide Christmas dinner for the children. Pupils who decide not to pursue academic careers are offered employment at Magoso School which involves making clothes and accessories in the workshop, which are sold in order to generate funds.
