Sales Representative (Hybrid Role) | Sigma Academy
Are you confident on the phone, results-driven and passionate about helping individuals and companies find the right training solutions? Sigma Academy is looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing team and play a key role in driving both B2C and B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
-Make inbound and outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients
-Conduct cold calls to identify new business opportunities
-Drive corporate (B2B) and individual (B2C) sales of our training programs
-Build strong relationships with prospective clients and follow up to close deals
-Maintain accurate records of client interactions using our CRM
-Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to align messaging and outreach
-Provide feedback on client needs and market trends
What We’re Looking For
-Excellent spoken and written English
-Prior experience in sales, customer support, or telemarketing preferred
-Comfortable with making cold calls and handling objections
-Experience in B2C and B2B sales
-Organized, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
-Someone with a laptop, headsets and strong internet
-Bonus: Knowledge of programming languages or tech-related fields
Working Conditions
-Work model: Hybrid:1 or 2 days in-office, the rest remote
-Location: Nairobi-based applicants preferred
-Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
-Compensation: Base salary + commissions (performance-based bonuses)
