Vacancy: Projects & Property Manager

We're looking for a seasoned property professional to own the full lifecycle of project delivery, vendor coordination, and property operations — while keeping the day-to-day running of our office sharp and efficient. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role for someone who brings both commercial instinct and operational rigor, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities
• Project & contractor management — Oversee project delivery, administer architect contracts, and manage vendor and contractor relationships from briefing to handover.
• Land sales & rental management — Support land and plot sales from initial inquiry through to title transfer, and manage the day-to-day operations of the company's rental portfolio.
• Office operations — Supervise support staff, manage suppliers and utilities, handle inbound enquiries, and maintain meticulous physical and digital records, keeping the operations tracker current daily.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Land Economics, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years' experience in Kenyan real estate, property development, or construction
• Proven track record in land or plot sales, from first inquiry through to title transfer
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound commercial judgment, and manage competing priorities
• Strong communication skills for managing clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
