-Before leaving the country,the girls are trained by the Ministry of Labour for two weeks and they are taught how to use household equipment,personal behaviour and how to carry themselves and all other necessary information that will assist them to settle down and work well.
-All licensed applicants are investigated before issuing of license by National Employment Authority.All workers are requested to ensure they are dealing with NEA registered Agents only and not brokers.
-Upon arrival at Saudi,the workers are allowed to keep their mobile phones with them in the home and where the go to work.But they must ensure they don't misuse the privilege by using the phones during working hours.It will be necessary if every worker has a smart phone before they leave the country so that they are registered in the agent Whatsapp group for feedback and updates.
