Mombasa Computers ( www.mombasacomputers.com) is hiring Sales Representative
Responsibilities
Generating sales revenue in accordance with individual and team goals.
Plan and organize an aggressive personal sales strategy to meet sales targets set.
Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the computer hardware/software offered by the company.
Advise customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate computer configurations.
Construct sales pitches and presentations.
Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems, and peripherals.
Conduct detailed market research to find the ideal prospects for the company products.
Supply management with oral and written reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in business, marketing, Information technology, or related field.
At least 2 years' experience in computer sales.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
