Job Title: Business Manager – Lifestyle, Networking & Connectivity
Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Head of LNC Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Manager to lead our Lifestyle, Networking, and Connectivity product portfolio. This role involves driving business growth, managing vendor relationships, and developing go-to-market strategies for consumer and enterprise networking solutions, smart lifestyle devices, and connectivity products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development & Strategy
o Define and execute business plans for lifestyle and networking product lines.
o Identify market trends and opportunities to expand product reach and revenue.
o Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and promotions.
• Vendor & Partner Management
o Build and maintain strong relationships with global and regional vendors.
o Negotiate pricing, rebates, and marketing support agreements.
o Coordinate with vendors on product launches, training, and roadmap alignment.
• Sales Enablement
o Support the sales team with product knowledge, pricing strategies, and customer engagement tools.
o Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and channel partners.
o Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights.
• Product Lifecycle Management
o Oversee product selection, forecasting, and inventory planning.
o Ensure timely availability of products and manage end-of-life transitions.
o Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize delivery.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting
o Analyze competitor activity, pricing, and market share.
o Provide regular reports on business performance, forecasts, and KPIs.
o Recommend adjustments to strategy based on data and market feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in IT distribution or consumer electronics.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies (Wi-Fi, routers, mesh systems, IoT).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and business reporting tools.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
