Job Title: Security Operation Center (SOC) Operator

General Purpose:
The SOC Operator is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security events and alerts within the Security Operations Center. This role ensures the continuous protection of personnel, assets, and infrastructure by operating advanced security systems, following established protocols, and escalating incidents as required.
Essential Duties & Tasks:
· Greet guests and staff with the highest level of professionalism, respect, and positive energy.
· Monitor security systems, alarms, and surveillance feeds to detect and assess potential threats.

Qualifications / Experience:

· Preferred: Bi-lingual (English / Arabic)
· Good written and verbal language skills (English).

This role ensures water quality, equipment functionality, and compliance with health and safety standards. The pool technician works closely with the Water Quality Team, principal technicians and the Pool Cleaner to maintain optimal pool conditions.
Essential Duties & Tasks:
· Operate and maintain pool filtration, circulation, and heating systems.
· Conduct routine inspections of pumps, filters, strainers, valves, and dosing units.
· Perform water testing for pH, chlorine, and other chemical levels; adjust dosing as required in consult with water quality team.
· Carry out disinfection procedures including shock treatments and backwashing.
· Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment including motors, timers, and control panels.
· Monitor water temperature, clarity, and flow rates to ensure safe swimming conditions.
· Maintain accurate records of water testing, chemical usage, and maintenance activities.
