MONTHLY SALARY: KSH 100,000 – 120,000

Lead the setup, growth, and successful operations of the new Kenya branch while driving sales, market expansion, product launches, and FMCG brand growth across East Africa.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Kenya branch setup, operations, compliance, budgets, and P&L management.

Develop sales strategies and drive revenue growth.

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

Expand distribution across mass markets, modern trade, and e-commerce.

Develop marketing and brand-growth strategies.

Lead product launches and go-to-market ex*****on.

Manage distributors, retailers, key accounts, and strategic partners.

Monitor KPIs, market trends, and competitive activity.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage.

7–10 years’ FMCG experience, including at least 3 years in business or branch leadership.

Proven experience in sales growth, market expansion, and product launches.

Strong knowledge of FMCG distribution, trade marketing, and retail dynamics.

Kenya/East Africa market experience strongly preferred.
