Job Description
The Assistant supports the smooth daily operations of the aesthetic clinic by providing administrative, clinical, and customer service support. This role ensures patients receive high-quality care and an excellent client experience while assisting practitioners with procedures and clinic management.
Key Responsibilities
โ Patient Care & Support
โ Welcome clients, manage check-ins, and maintain a warm, professional environment.
โ Prepare treatment rooms and assist practitioners during aesthetic procedures.
โ Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions and aftercare materials.
โ Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout their visit.
โ Administrative Duties
โ Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and handle patient inquiries.
โ Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
โ Process payments, invoices, and manage stock of consumables and products.
โ Support marketing activities such as social media updates, promotions, and patient follow-ups.
โ Clinical Assistance
โ Prepare instruments, consumables, and products for treatments.
โ Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sterilization, and infection-control protocols.
โ Assist in documenting treatment notes and updating patient files.
โ Operational Support
โ Track inventory and liaise with suppliers for replenishment.
โ Support clinic events, workshops, or training sessions.
โ Handle general office tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Qualifications & Skills
โ Diploma or certificate in healthcare, beauty therapy, or related field (preferred).
โ Prior experience in an aesthetic clinic, medical spa, or healthcare setting is an advantage.
โ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
โ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
โ Knowledge of skincare, cosmetic treatments, and patient care protocols.
โ Proficiency in computer systems for scheduling and record-keeping.
