Yesterday , HFC Group, led by the General Manager Ms. Jennifer, graciously hosted us for a luncheon as we officially introduced our third cohort of construction workers scheduled for deployment to Israel.

This engagement marked another important milestone in our ongoing efforts to facilitate structured and dignified labour mobility. As a key strategic partner, HFC Group, through its Diaspora Banking Department, has played a critical role in the successful deployment of our previous cohorts by supporting and streamlining the funding process for the workers.

Their continued support has been instrumental in ensuring smooth, timely, and sustainable deployments, contributing greatly to the success of the programme. We appreciate HFC Group’s commitment to empowering Kenyan workers and strengthening international employment pathways, as we prepare to send off yet another cohort to Israel.

Today marked a proud and significant milestone as the Embassy of the Republic of Kenya in Israel paid a visit to the first cohort of Kenyan workers successfully deployed to Israel by Rohn Consultancy, in partnership with Becourse Group and Flyshn LTD, at their place of residence.

The visit celebrated the continued progress in strengthening bilateral relations between Kenya and Israel, particularly through ethical labour mobility, skills exchange, and people-to-people cooperation. The workers were found to be well settled, confident, and fully adapted to both their work environments and life in Israel; a strong indicator of a well-structured and people-centred deployment process.

This achievement highlights the critical role played by Rohn Consultancy as a licensed and trusted recruitment agency in Kenya, working closely with Becourse Group as a strategic partner to facilitate credible, transparent, and efficient recruitment processes. Yesterday, we successfully conducted a pre-departure training for the second batch of 10 construction workers scheduled to depart for Israel on Wednesday, 10th December.

The session, held in partnership with Becourse Group, provided candidates with a valuable opportunity to learn from individuals who have previously worked in Israel. They were equipped with essential knowledge and practical guidance on settling in and adapting to life and work in Israel.

We wish our candidates safe travels and great success as they join the first batch of six workers who departed on 5th November.

We sincerely appreciate the patience shown by all other candidates who started this journey with us. We remain committed to accelerating the process and look forward to deploying more candidates in the near future.
